I always love your stuff and am sending this interview on to half a dozen colleague/friends. Work goals and emotional goals - absolutely key. So helpful. Thankyou!
hahaha.... I love it. (And I think this is the only book I read fully on my cell phone...which is terrible and nobody should do it, but I was a passenger in a long car ride, and wanted to read it. And I actually found that with so few words per line, I could read really fast. So pick better circumstances than that!)
Haha I've done that before too!! For me it was when I was 13 and on family vacation when my favorite series at the time (I am Number Four) released a new book. I got wild headaches, but it was so good that I couldn't put it down.
I'm 150 pages into Attention Span now, and thankfully I've spent the time reading in the gorgeous Boston Public Library. My main takeaway so far is that it is deeply ironic that this is the one book you read on your phone.
Excellent interview. So many helpful nuggets just in this article that we can use for ourselves or with others
That's so kind of you to say, Sabrina. Thank you for reading!

Thanks Catherine, so glad you appreciated it!
David: "If you haven’t read Attention Span already, I wouldn’t expect you to read it between now and Tuesday."
